Steps to your own custom furniture

When we meet, we will talk through your ideas, needs, and style of your piece. We will plan the size, shape, and features you want.

Choose a light wood such as white oak, birch, or maple or a darker wood like walnut or cherry. There are many other varieties of wood to choose to suit your style and needs.

Once we know what you want including size, style, wood species, and features, we will provide the cost to build your custom furniture. When we are ready to begin we will collect a partial payment and get started on your unique piece.
Pursuit of Beauty was born out of a passion for creating every day furniture for my wife. It started with a simple question, “I like this table, do you think you could build it?” Turns out I could. As our family grew, the need for customized storage grew. We wanted quality pieces that were beautiful, functional, and built to withstand small children. These pieces are still proudly displayed in our home.

As our collection of custom furniture grew, so did the interest of our friends and family and I made several more custom pieces out of hardwoods picked out according to their style and needs.
